Our top contributor here at Gingerbread Houses has submitted photos for the third time, his creations are truly stunning and it is amazing to see the different designs he makes out of the same pattern. He writes:
"I've changed my job since we last spoke and unfortunately did not have a lot of time to create a huge creation this year, but I did manage to produce a small exhibit. Hope you like it. As for where I now work, I work at Wynyard Hall Hotel, Billingham, Tees valley. It's a 4 red star hotel with 3 rosettes for its food, I've been there for 3 months now. If you look at their web site you will understand why I have gone to work there.
