I used your design for my gingerbread house and chronicled the progress on Facebook. The speaker of the event at our church had her own contest. She gave me first prize. It was really sweet. We didn't know she was picking out her favorite table decor. The people in the pics are my employees and friends. My sister Mary and I are the creators of the gingerbread house. Your design was great and I showed everyone your pattern on day one. I told them I invited you to the event and they all wanted to meet you!!! Kinda far away but you would have been welcome, I told everyone that it was your design. They all wished you could have come to the dinner! Everyone loved my house. Thanks again for a great design. We made a few changes and I would recommend making the dormers and small pieces like the veranda out of gum paste since they are too thick out of gingerbread but other than that it was a great project and turned out beautiful. Thanks for a great design. I enjoyed making it.

-Thank you so much for your photos and for your kind invitation Susan, your gingerbread house looks fabulous, no wonder you won first prize! I wish I could have been there, I am afraid it was a bit too far to travel for me :-)
